What we show and what we keep

Public

• Your username and display name.
• A Verified press or Verified coaching staff badge, only after an admin verified that role.
• Your votes and the date of each, and your reason once an admin approved it.

Never shown

• Your email address. It is used only to confirm your account, reset your password and, if you ask, tell you a role was verified.
• Your password. We store only a one-way hash (argon2id).
• Your IP address. For login limits we keep a one-way hash of it, not the address.

Corrections sent through Contact

• You do not need an account. We store your message, the page you named and your source link if you gave them, your name and email only if you typed them, and a one-way hash of your IP address to limit abuse.
• Your email is never shown. If you leave it empty, we cannot reply to you.

Players added through "Add a player"

• You do not need an account. We store the player's name, year of birth (never the full date), position, club, competition, city, your evidence link, your name and a private contact note, plus a one-way hash of your IP address to limit abuse.
• Only professional and U20 players are accepted. Players aged 16 and 17 need a parent or guardian to agree; we do not collect players younger than 16, who are left to each federation.
• A person reviews every entry before anything appears on the map, which is for members only. Your contact note is never shown. To have an entry removed, write to us.

Cookies and mail

• We use cookies only to keep you signed in, to protect forms and to remember your language and theme (and the campaign link cookie described below). No advertising, no tracking.
• We send only the messages an account needs (confirm email, reset password, role verified). No newsletters, no tracking pixels.

Campaign links

If you arrive from a campaign link, we keep the name of that campaign in a cookie for 14 days, and store it on your account only if you sign up, to know which campaign worked. It never includes personal data. The cookie is first-party and does not track you across sites.

Delete your account

You can delete your account yourself in My account. This removes your profile, your email, your login history and all your votes at once, and they stop counting. It cannot be undone. A message you sent through Contact stays with us, no longer linked to you.
